Multi-club network
Play at any Caddyio club — multi-club & visitor mode
A member has one identity and any number of club relationships. They set a home club, and can visit another Caddyio club as a non-paying visitor — the app switches into that club's context, and the club approves them at tee-off check-in. Their rounds, stats and indicative handicap stay theirs, everywhere.
The modern golfer plays more than one course; their app should follow them, not trap them at one club.
The problem
Your app stops at your gate
A member who plays away from home leaves your app behind — a visitor at another club is a stranger, their round unrecorded, and the visiting club has no clean way to welcome or capture them.
The response
One identity, many clubs, safely gated
Members carry one identity across the network. Visiting a participating club switches the app into that club's brand, courses and services; the club approves the visitor at check-in (capturing consent), which unlocks scoring. The member's data follows them home, and away rounds feed their indicative handicap automatically.
Why it matters
What a truly connected club gains
A network effect for your members
The more clubs on Caddyio, the more valuable membership becomes — a member can play, score and be looked after wherever they go.
Visitors, captured properly
Check-in is the moment the visiting club welcomes a guest, records marketing consent and unlocks their round — a clean funnel from visitor to prospect.
The player's data is the player's
Rounds, stats, indicative handicap and swing videos follow the member everywhere; dues, purse and society membership stay club-scoped.
White-label clubs stay in control
A club that doesn't want network features can hide them entirely from its members — the choice is the club's.
Home + visitor clubs
Set a home club and visit others; switch context in a tap.
Check-in gating
Scoring at a visited club unlocks only after staff check the visitor in.
Away scores count
Rounds played as a visitor feed the member's indicative handicap automatically.

How it works
- 01
Find a club
A member picks a participating club to visit and shares consent to check in.
- 02
Check in at tee-off
Club staff approve the visitor, which unlocks scoring and live features.
- 03
Play away
The round is theirs — it follows them home and feeds their indicative handicap.
The Caddyio difference
A member experience that travels
Networked handicap apps make away play about their brand. Caddyio makes it about the member and the visited club — one identity, the visited club's experience, and a real check-in that turns a visitor into a known guest.
Compare the whole platformFrequently asked
- Can a member belong to more than one club?
- Yes. A member has one identity and any number of club relationships, with one home club they can change at any time.
- Can a visitor just start scoring anywhere?
- No. A visitor's scoring and live features unlock only after the club checks them in at tee-off.
- Do away rounds count?
- Yes — rounds played as a visitor feed the member's indicative Handicap Index automatically.
