Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Caddyio. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of a club, you confirm you are authorised to bind that club.

The service

Caddyio provides golf club management, live scoring, tournaments, leaderboards and a white-label member experience. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Clubs are responsible for the members and staff they grant access to.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Plans and billing

Clubs subscribe to a paid plan; members use Caddyio free of charge. Paid plans bill in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled. Trials convert to paid unless cancelled before they end. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access data you are not authorised to.
• Do not upload unlawful content or infringe others’ rights.
• API and embed access is subject to reasonable rate and usage limits.

Your content

You retain ownership of the data you and your members submit. You grant us the licence needed to host and display it to operate the service.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability for indirect or consequential loss.

Termination

You may stop using Caddyio at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, paid features cease at the end of the billing period.
