Every club gets the tee sheet, online booking, green fees and the website widget for nothing. The paid tiers differ on how many courses and members get the full member experience, and how much of the on-course and white-label layer you want.

Is the tee sheet really free?

Yes. The tee sheet, your online booking page, visitor bookings and green fees are free for the club, forever, with no commission on any booking and no cap on how many members or bookings you put through it. There is no card to add and no trial clock. We would rather your tee sheet ran on Caddyio than on nothing, and we make our money when a club wants the rest of the platform.

What's the catch?

The free plan does one thing: it takes bookings. Live scoring, World Handicap history, the member app, competitions, the clubhouse wallboard, greenkeeping reports, coaching and your own branding are the paid plans. Your booking page carries no advertising on any plan, we do not sell your members' data, and we take no cut of a green fee whether you pay us or not.

Can we put the booking widget on our existing website?

Yes, on the free plan. Your club portal has a Developers page with an API key, a one-line script tag and the snippet for the tee-time widget — drop it into WordPress, Squarespace, Wix or hand-written HTML and your live availability appears in your own site's design. The widget shows availability and hands the golfer over to finish the booking signed in, so nobody can fill your sheet in someone else's name. The REST API is there too if you would rather build it yourself.

How do we take the money?

Green fees are priced and recorded against every booking on the free plan, and settled at your counter — the card checkout shown at booking is a demonstration, not a live card rail, and it says so on screen. Where money does move today is membership dues and member purse top-ups, which run through your club's own Stripe account via Stripe Connect: it settles to you, we take no cut, and it comes with the paid plans because dues and the purse do. We would rather say that plainly than let you find it out after switching.

We already use GoCardless / Worldpay / Opayo. Can you support it?

Ask us. There is a “Request a provider” form on your billing page — pick the provider, tell us what you take through it and when your contract runs to, and we come back with a status you can see on that same page: in review, planned, live, or not planned with the reason. It is a request queue rather than a switch because each one is a genuine integration, and a toggle that quietly did nothing would be worse than an honest answer. Any club can ask, free plan included.

How much does the paid platform cost?

Plans start at £99 a month, charged to the club as a single subscription with no per-member fees. What a particular club pays depends on how many courses and members it has and which tier fits — enquire and we'll give you the exact figure for your club along with a walkthrough on your own course.

Do members pay anything?

No. Members never pay Caddyio a penny on any plan — no app purchase, no subscription, no ad-supported tier. The club pays, or the club pays nothing at all, and either way its members are free.

Why is the free plan unlimited when the paid plans have member limits?

Because the free plan only does one thing, and booking is booking whether you have 200 members or 2,000. The paid limits are about how many members get the full member experience — the app, scoring, handicap history, competitions — which is the part that costs us something to run.

Is there a per-member charge as the club grows?

No. Pricing is by tier, not by headcount, so signing up more members never increases the bill within a tier. Each paid tier has a member ceiling; passing it moves you to the next tier rather than adding per-head fees.

Is there a setup or onboarding fee?

No. Mapping your course, importing your members and getting your tee sheet live is part of onboarding, not a separate invoice — on the free plan as well as the paid ones.

Can we pay annually?

Yes, and annual billing is cheaper than paying monthly for twelve months. Ask for the annual figure for your tier when you enquire.

What happens if we stop paying, or want to leave?

If you cancel a paid plan you drop back to the free plan — your tee sheet, your bookings and your members stay exactly where they are, and the paid parts switch off. If you want to leave altogether you can export your data and your members can export theirs; a member can delete their own account from their settings without asking anyone.

Why isn't every tier price on this page?

Free is free and the entry paid price is public — from £99 a month — because a club deserves to know whether Caddyio is in its range before booking a call. Beyond that, what a club pays depends on courses, members and which parts it actually turns on, so we quote it directly rather than publish a number that would be wrong for most clubs.
