Can members book their own tee times?

Yes. Members see live availability by date in the member app, choose their party size, and book or cancel their own tee times — no phone call and no separate booking site.

Can visitors book a tee time?

Registered visitors can request one — the people your club has checked in and knows about, not anyone on the internet. Every request still comes to your team to approve or decline, exactly as a member's does.

Can staff add bookings manually?

Yes. Your team can add phone-in and walk-in bookings from the admin diary, for existing members or name-only visitors, and block out dates for competitions or maintenance.

Can I control how the tee sheet works?

Yes. Each course has its own open and close times, tee interval, players per slot, booking horizon and playing days, so the sheet matches how your club actually runs.

Can I charge a green fee at booking?

You can set a per-player green fee per course, and Caddyio decides who it applies to: visitors, and members whose subscription isn't up to date. A member in good standing is never charged. Taking the money by card at that moment is a demonstration today rather than a live card rail — the settled routes are a company's pre-paid corporate rounds, which cover the fee automatically, and payment at the counter.

How do corporate rounds work with the tee sheet?

If a company has pre-paid for a block of rounds, its nominated players are offered that account instead of paying when they book, and the rounds come off the balance. See corporate accounts for how the block is set up.
