Consolidation

One platform instead of four apps

Caddyio replaces the separate tee sheet, competition, member-app and on-course tools most golf clubs run, putting bookings, scoring, competitions, coaching and the member experience in one platform from £99 a month.

Four systems that do not know about each other

The usual club stack is a booking system from one vendor, handicaps and competitions from another, a member app from a third, and a WhatsApp group doing the work none of them do. Nothing joins up: the member who booked is not the member who scored, the competition result does not reach the app, and the professional cannot see whether the student who booked a lesson has played since. Every join is done by a person, usually the secretary, usually on a Monday morning. Members feel it as four logins and four places to check.

One record for the member, the round and the club

In Caddyio the booking, the round, the score, the handicap, the shot map, the lesson and the bar order are the same member in the same system, so the joins happen by themselves.

One login for the member

Booking, scoring, competitions, results, stats, lessons and club news in one branded place on your own domain, with nothing to install.

One place for staff

The tee sheet, competition setup, membership records, orders and on-course requests are one admin area with one permission system, rather than four.

Data that connects

Because a lesson and a round are in the same system, a coach can see the rounds a student has played since. Because a booking and a score are the same member, competition entry does not need re-keying.

The parts you will still run elsewhere

Consolidation has a boundary and it is worth knowing where it is before you start. Caddyio does not do EPOS or till, does not talk to your ball dispenser or launch monitors, is not the official WHS handicap record (it tracks an indicative index for your handicap secretary to submit), and has no tee-time marketplace. For most clubs that means going from four or five systems to two, not to one — the club platform and the till.

Common questions

Which systems does Caddyio typically replace?
Most commonly the separate member app, the competition and results tool, the day-to-day tee sheet and whatever is being used for on-course communication. Clubs usually keep their EPOS and their union handicap route.
Do we have to move everything at once?
No, and most clubs should not. Running one part on Caddyio — the wallboard, one competition, or coaching — alongside your existing systems is the normal starting point.
Will our members have to install an app?
No. The member experience runs in the phone browser on your club's own domain and can be added to the home screen. There is no app-store download.
