Tee sheet
A tee sheet that takes no commission
Caddyio takes no commission on tee-time bookings: the club pays a flat subscription from £99 a month and keeps 100% of every green fee, though Caddyio also has no tee-time marketplace and so brings no visitor demand of its own.
The cost of a booking you already had
Commission is charged on the booking, not on the demand. When a visitor who was always going to ring you instead books through a marketplace, the commission comes off a round you would have sold anyway — and the more successful your course is at attracting its own visitors, the more that arrangement costs you. Barter deals compound it: tee times given away as inventory are times you cannot sell, and the value you get back is set by someone else.
A flat subscription, and the sheet is yours
Caddyio is charged to the club and to nobody else. There is no commission on a tee time, no revenue share, no barter inventory and no per-member fee — the price is the price whether you sell ten visitor rounds this month or a thousand.
Every green fee stays with the club
Members book from their phone, staff add bookings from the diary, and visitors can be charged a per-player green fee automatically. None of it is shared with us.
Your tee sheet is not inventory
Nothing is listed anywhere else, discounted by anyone else, or handed to a third party as stock. What you do with an empty Tuesday morning is your decision.
Growth does not cost more
A club that doubles its visitor rounds pays exactly what it paid before. The subscription is based on the club, not on how much money passes through the sheet.
The honest trade
Caddyio has no tee-time marketplace, no visitor mailing list and no distribution partnerships. If your empty midweek times are currently being filled by a marketplace, that demand is real and switching away from it will cost you rounds — commission is what you pay for it. This page is for clubs that already generate their own visitor demand and are paying commission on it anyway. If that is not your club, keep the marketplace and consider running Caddyio alongside it instead.
Common questions
- Does Caddyio take a percentage of green fees?
- No. Caddyio is a flat club subscription from £99 a month. There is no commission on bookings, no revenue share and no per-member fee, and the club keeps the whole green fee.
- Will Caddyio fill our empty tee times?
- No, and any vendor without a marketplace who says otherwise is overselling. Caddyio has no visitor-demand network. It makes the times you sell more profitable and easier to manage; it does not create demand that was not already there.
- Can we keep our existing booking marketplace and still use Caddyio?
- Yes. Plenty of clubs should. Keep the marketplace filling visitor times and use Caddyio for the member experience, the on-course layer and coaching.
