Proprietary & pay-and-play

Built for courses that earn from visitors

Caddyio is golf course management software for proprietary and pay-and-play courses, charged as a flat club subscription from £99 a month with no tee-time commission and no per-member fees, covering visitor booking, green fees, food-and-drink ordering and the club's own branded app.

Most golf software is designed around a members’ club: subscriptions, a committee and a handicap secretary. If your income comes from green fees, buggies, the range and the bar, that shape fits badly. This is the same platform with the emphasis where you need it.

What actually matters when visitors pay the bills

Every green fee stays yours

A flat subscription, no commission on any booking, and no tee times handed over as marketplace inventory. A busy summer costs exactly what a quiet one does.

Visitors book without a membership

Visitors book a tee time and are charged a per-player green fee automatically, without staff working out who owes what. Corporate customers can pre-pay a balance of rounds that draws down as their nominated players book.

Spend you can see

Food-and-drink orders taken from the course, and growth analytics that separate visitor spend from member spend, show repeat visitors and expose the days your sheet is not full.

Your name on it, not ours

The member and visitor experience runs on your own domain under your own brand, with nothing to install and no per-head licence. A visitor's first impression is your course, not a software vendor.

Turn a visitor into a regular

Visitors are identified rather than anonymous, so a golfer who played twice this season can be recognised and contacted — with consent — instead of disappearing after the round.

The range earns too

Bays and simulators book on the same footing as the tee sheet, with buckets of balls priced and sold as part of the booking.

What Caddyio will not do for you

It will not fill your empty tee times. Caddyio has no marketplace, no visitor mailing list and no distribution deals, so if a booking platform is currently filling your midweek mornings, that demand is real and Caddyio does not replace it — many courses keep both. Caddyio also does not do EPOS, so your till stays where it is, and it does not talk to your ball dispenser or launch monitors.

Common questions

Does Caddyio charge commission on visitor green fees?
No. Caddyio is a flat club subscription from £99 a month. There is no commission on bookings and no revenue share, so the whole green fee stays with the course.
Will Caddyio bring us more visitors?
No, and it would be dishonest to suggest otherwise. Caddyio has no tee-time marketplace and no visitor-demand network. It makes the rounds you already sell more profitable and easier to run, and helps you turn a first-time visitor into a returning one — but it does not create demand that was not there.
We are not a members' club. Is this still relevant?
Yes. Membership, subscriptions and handicap competitions are optional modules rather than the foundation. A pay-and-play course can run the tee sheet, green fees, visitor booking, food-and-drink ordering and the range without turning any of them on.
Can we take payment at the counter rather than online?
Yes, and that is the default. Green fees can be recorded and settled at the counter. Card payment through Stripe is available on request and is off by default.

Rather hear it from a club?

We’ll put you in touch with a club already running on Caddyio, so you can ask them the things you’d never ask us — how the switch actually went, what broke, and what they’d do differently. No sales call attached.
