Caddyio charges the club a flat subscription from £99 a month with no per-member fees and no advertising, so a club pays the same whether it has 200 members or 2,000.
A fee that punishes the thing you are trying to do
Per-member pricing means every membership drive raises your software bill, every junior section costs you money, and every second-claim member has to be justified against a line item. It also creates an awkward incentive: the cheapest way to control the cost is to have fewer members, which is the opposite of what the club is for. Ad-supported member apps do a version of the same thing — the member is not charged, but their attention is sold.
The club pays; members never do
One subscription, charged to the club. Members get the full experience free, with no advertising, whether there are two hundred of them or two thousand.
Unlimited members on every tier
Add your juniors, your second-claim members, your society regulars and your visitors. None of them changes the price.
No advertising to your members
Members are not the product. There is no ad tier, no ad-free upgrade to sell them, and nothing between them and their club.
Nothing to install
The member experience runs in the browser on your own domain, so there is no app-store download to talk anyone into and no per-seat licence behind it.
What actually changes the price
The entry price is £99 a month and it is published because a club deserves to know whether we are in range before booking a call. What a particular club pays above that depends on how many courses it has and which parts it turns on — a multi-course club with coaching, range booking and corporate accounts pays more than a single course running scoring and a tee sheet. It is quoted directly rather than published, because a tier price would be wrong for most clubs. What never changes it is the number of members.
